Job Description - Remote Customer Care Manager

Job Description:


Ahold Delhaize is seeking a dynamic Remote Customer Care Manager to join our team in Amsterdam, NL. In this part-time role at the Mid-to-Senior level, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer care operations remotely, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer care strategies to enhance customer experience and satisfaction - Supervise remote customer care team to ensure high performance and productivity - Monitor and analyze customer care metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues effectively and in a timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve customer care services - Provide regular training and coaching to customer care team members to enhance their skills and performance - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer care to continuously improve operations


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer care management - Proven track record of delivering outstanding customer service and satisfaction - Strong leadership and communication skills - Motivated and resilient with a passion for customer care - Ability to think innovatively and work collaboratively in a team environment
