Remote Customer Care Officer

Job Description:

Eneco Group is seeking a Remote Customer Care Officer to join our team in Den Haag, NL. As a part-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service. We are looking for a driven and energetic individual with excellent analysis and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat. 2. Resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction. 5. Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree preferred. 2. 4 years of customer service experience. 3. Strong communication skills. 4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 6. Availability to work part-time hours. 7. Experience in a remote work environment is a plus.
