Remote Customer Care Representative

At Coolblue, we are seeking a part-time Remote Customer Care Representative to join our team in Den Haag, NL. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and hardworking, with strong negotiation and leadership skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Build and maintain positive relationships with customers - Promote and sell company products and services - Meet or exceed customer satisfaction and sales targets - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and customer experience

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Fluency in Dutch and English
