Customer Care Specialist

Job Description:

Boskalis Westminster, a leading maritime services company based in Amsterdam, NL, is seeking a part-time Customer Care Specialist to join our team at an entry-level position. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in customer service and possess a motivated and passionate personality. Strong analytical skills and the ability to lead within a team environment are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat - Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance customer satisfaction - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Motivated and passionate about delivering exceptional customer care - Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide solutions - Ability to lead within a team environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
