Customer Service Assistant

Job Description:

Quooker, a leading provider of innovative kitchen appliances, is seeking a dedicated and driven Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Rotterdam, NL on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, technical support, and order placement. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure a positive customer experience. 4. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and operations, to improve overall customer satisfaction. 5. Maintain accurate customer records, notes, and feedback in the company database. 6. Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and report generation.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach. 2. Ability to work well in a team environment and demonstrate cooperation with colleagues. 3. Critical thinking skills to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in customer service is a plus. 6. Must be detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
