Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Protix. This position is a part-time, work-from-home opportunity based in Utrecht, Netherlands. As an entry-level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in customer service-related roles.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, orders, and returns. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction. 5.
