Customer Service Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Associate to join our team at GitLab in Utrecht, NL. As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, assisting with inquiries and problem resolution, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and resolve issues - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently - Identify and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - 3 years of experience in a customer service role - Energetic and independent personality traits - Strong strategic planning and teamwork skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and in a team environment - Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
