Job Description - Remote Customer Service Associate

Job Description:


Heineken is seeking a Remote Customer Service Associate to join our team in Utrecht, NL. This part-time role at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service. The successful candidate will be motivated, adaptable, innovative, and demonstrate strong time management skills.


Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Process customer orders and returns accurately - Collaborate with other teams to improve overall customer experience - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends


Requirements: - 3+ years of customer service experience - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems - Experience in a remote work environment is a plus - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
