Customer Service Manager

Van Oord is currently seeking a part-time Customer Service Manager to join our team in Utrecht. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Train and mentor customer service representatives - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues - Monitor customer service metrics and make recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences - Conduct research to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Lead and motivate a team of customer service professionals - Develop and implement customer service training programs

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 5+ years of experience in customer service management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership abilities - Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities - Confident decision-maker - Proficiency in research and analysis - Experience working in a global environment is a plus
