We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join our team at DUS Architects. This position is a part-time, work-from-home opportunity based in Den Haag, NL. As a mid-to-senior level role, we require a minimum of 7 years of experience in customer service management.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction - Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives to achieve departmental goals - Monitor customer service metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement - Handle customer escalations and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Provide training and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service management - Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives within the customer service department
Requirements: - Demonstrated experience in customer service management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Proven track record of driving results and achieving targets - Ability to work independently and manage remote teams effectively - Driven and resourceful personality traits - Proficiency in project management and innovation - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
