Customer Service Officer

Job Description:

OneFit is seeking a part-time Customer Service Officer to join our team in Amsterdam, NL. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with account management, billing, and usage questions - Process customer refunds and cancellations - Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction - Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers - Maintain accurate customer records and documentation - Meet and exceed customer service targets and KPIs

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Driven and motivated personality traits - Strong persuasion and emotional intelligence skills - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Experience using CRM software a plus - Fluency in Dutch and English required
