Job Description:

Jacobs Douwe Egberts is seeking a part-time Customer Service Officer to join our team in Utrecht, NL. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role. The ideal candidate will be resilient and hardworking, with strong critical thinking skills and excellent time management abilities.

Responsibilities: - Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Providing product information and resolving customer complaints - Processing orders and returns - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintaining accurate customer records in the database - Monitoring customer feedback and escalating issues as needed

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service - Excellent communication skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks - Strong problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
