Collaborating with other departments to solve customer concerns and improve the overall customer experience. 6. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. Confident and resourceful personality traits to effectively communicate with customers and find solutions to their inquiries. 2. Strong negotiation skills to handle customer complaints and find satisfactory resolutions. 3. Creativity to think outside the box when addressing customer issues and improving processes. 4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 5. Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch.
