Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Vopak is seeking a motivated and hardworking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Rotterdam, NL on a part-time basis. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in customer service roles. The ideal candidate will be energetic, possess excellent critical thinking skills, and have a strong drive for innovation.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person - Provide information about products and services - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Maintain customer records accurately in the database - Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations - Recommend improvements to processes based on customer feedback

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service roles - Excellent communication skills - Strong critical thinking abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - High school diploma or equivalent
