Job Description - Customer Service Representative

Job Description: GitLab is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Eindhoven, NL. As an Associate Level Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have. You will work closely with our sales and support teams to ensure that all customer needs are met in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and courteous manner. 2. Provide product information and technical support to customers. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently. 4. Process customer orders and returns accurately. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and escalate issues as needed. 6. Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system. 7. Meet or exceed customer service goals and objectives. 8. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Energetic and reliable personality traits. 3. Strong presentation and people management skills. 4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. 7. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
