Job Description:

Quooker, a leading manufacturer of innovative kitchen appliances, is seeking a part-time Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team in Eindhoven, NL. As an Associate Level Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively 3. Assist customers with product information and troubleshooting 4. Process orders and returns accurately 5. Provide product recommendations and guidance to customers 6. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention 7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in customer service 2. Dedicated and confident personality traits 3. Strong adaptability and communication skills 4. Ability to work independently and in a team environment 5. High school diploma or equivalent 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite 7. Excellent problem-solving skills 8. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
