Remote Customer Service Representative

Flow Traders is seeking a part-time Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team in Den Haag, NL. This position is at the Associate Level, and the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service.

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat. You will assist customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for documenting customer interactions, updating customer records, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members.

The ideal candidate for this position will be confident and resourceful, with strong presentation and negotiation skills. You must be able to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment. Travel opportunities may be available for top performers, and visa sponsorship is also offered.
