Remote Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a driven and hardworking Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team at ParkBee. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, and chat 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner 3. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all interactions with customers 4. Update customer accounts and information accurately in the database 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 3. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment 4. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mentality 5. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools 6. High school diploma or equivalent required
