Customer Service Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Picnic is seeking a motivated and resourceful Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Eindhoven, NL. As an entry-level role, we are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner - Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure excellent customer service - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 1 year of experience in customer service is preferred - Resourceful and motivated attitude - Excellent planning and strategic planning skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
