Job Description - Customer Service Specialist

As a Customer Service Specialist at TenCate in Eindhoven, NL, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or related role.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a timely and professional manner. - Handle and resolve customer complaints and escalations with empathy and understanding. - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure their needs are being met and address any issues they may have. - Collaborate with other departments such as sales, marketing, and operations to provide a seamless customer experience. - Maintain accurate customer records and documentation of interactions.


Requirements: - Energetic and reliable with a positive attitude towards customer service. - Strong communication skills both written and verbal. - Excellent project management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and constantly changing work environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. - Fluency in Dutch and English.
