Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Zoku in Den Haag, NL. As a part-time Associate Level role, the Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients while also demonstrating innovation and emotional intelligence in their interactions.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately. 4. Maintain customer records and ensure data accuracy in our CRM system. 5. Collaborate with other departments to provide seamless customer service. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Identify trends and suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience. 8. Participate in training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Demonstrated innovation and problem-solving skills. 5. Emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers. 6. Hardworking and dedicated mindset. 7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. 8. Fluency in English and Dutch is required.
