Job Description - Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:


Jacobs Douwe Egberts is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Utrecht, NL on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level employee with at least 3 years of experience in customer service, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to our clients.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional manner - Resolving product or service issues promptly and efficiently - Providing product information and recommendations to customers - Processing orders and returns accurately - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Keeping accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Contributing to team meetings and brainstorming sessions - Conducting customer satisfaction surveys and analyzing feedback


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work well in a team environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Experience with CRM software is a plus - Strong presentation skills - Ability to adapt to changing situations and prioritize tasks effectively
