Remote Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:

Vandebron, a leading sustainable energy provider based in Den Haag, NL, is seeking a Remote Customer Service Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we require a candidate with at least 2 years of experience in customer service roles.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency. 3. Utilize strong people management skills to effectively handle challenging customer interactions. 4. Conduct research to provide accurate information, troubleshoot technical issues, and resolve customer concerns. 5. Collaborate with colleagues worldwide to ensure a seamless customer experience and foster a global village mentality. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system. 7. Provide product and service information to customers, promoting Vandebron's sustainable energy solutions. 8. Meet or exceed customer service KPIs and goals set by the company.

Requirements: 1. 2+ years of proven experience in customer service roles. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Reliable and hardworking attitude to handle high-volume customer inquiries. 4. Strong people management and research skills. 5. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a global team. 6. Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service tools. 7. Flexibility to work remotely and on a part-time schedule.
