Talpa Network is currently seeking a part-time Customer Service Specialist to work from home in Utrecht, NL. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to our clients and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat - Assist customers with product or service-related issues - Process orders, returns, and refunds - Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies - Collaborate with other team members to provide a seamless customer experience
