Job Description - Customer Success Assistant

Picnic Technologies, a cutting-edge tech company based in Rotterdam, NL, is seeking a part-time Customer Success Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in customer service or related fields.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via email, phone, and online chat - Assist customers with account setup, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Monitor customer feedback and work closely with the Customer Success team to improve overall customer experience - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met - Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the Customer Success Manager - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions


Requirements: - Confident and resilient mindset to handle customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy - Strong critical thinking skills to analyze and solve complex customer issues - Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues from various departments - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
