Customer Success Assistant - Work from home

Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and motivated Customer Success Assistant to join our team at BUX. As a Customer Success Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers and ensuring their overall satisfaction. This is a part-time remote position based in Eindhoven, NL.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via email and phone to provide support and assistance - Assist customers with any issues or questions they may have regarding our products or services - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve the customer experience - Update and maintain customer records and information in our database - Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and address any concerns - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to customers

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service or customer success role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Creativity and adaptability to solve problems and address customer needs - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using CRM systems and other customer support tools - Passion for providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with customers
