Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Customer Success Assistant to join our team at KPN. This is a part-time remote position based in Eindhoven, NL. As a Customer Success Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat - Address customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new customers - Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and ensure their needs are being met - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Assist in the development of customer success strategies and initiatives - Work closely with the product and marketing teams to improve customer experience
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree preferred - 4+ years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Resourceful and driven to exceed customer expectations - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team - Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office suite - Experience working in a remote environment
