Job Description:
Harver is seeking a passionate and independent Customer Success Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from home. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of relevant experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and support - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Collaborate with other team members to optimize the customer experience and drive overall success - Provide feedback and insights to help improve our products and services - Assist in creating customer success reports and presentations
Requirements: - Passion for helping others and a strong sense of independence - Excellent presentation skills and the ability to adapt to different communication styles - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with little supervision
