Job Description:
KLM Royal Dutch Airlines is seeking a part-time Customer Success Officer to join our team based in Eindhoven, NL. This position offers the opportunity to work from home, providing flexibility and a great work-life balance. As a Customer Success Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of our customers by providing excellent support and service.
Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Proactively reach out to customers to provide assistance, gather feedback, and ensure their needs are being met. 3. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to customers. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience. 5. Analyze customer data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. 6. Develop and maintain knowledge of KLM Royal Dutch Airlines products and services to effectively assist customers. 7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. 4. High energy and adaptability to changes in a fast-paced environment. 5. Ability to conduct research to effectively address customer inquiries and needs. 6. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
