Remote Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:

Solar Monkey, a leading solar software company in Utrecht, NL, is seeking a part-time Remote Customer Success Specialist to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a motivated and resilient individual with at least 4 years of experience in customer success or a related field. As an Associate Level Remote Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to ensure their success with our software.

Responsibilities: 1. Onboard new customers and provide training on how to use our software effectively. 2. Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and technical support. 3. Proactively reach out to customers to identify and address any issues they may be facing. 4. Collect customer feedback and communicate it to the product development team. 5. Monitor customer usage data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. 6. Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities. 7. Assist with customer retention efforts and reduce churn rate. 8. Prepare and deliver presentations to customers on a regular basis. 9. Manage customer projects and ensure they are completed on time and within budget.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field. 2. At least 4 years of experience in customer success or a related field. 3. Excellent communication and presentation skills. 4. Strong project management skills. 5. Motivated and resilient personality traits. 6. Ability to work independently and in a team. 7. Knowledge of the solar industry is a plus.
