Job Description - Customer Success Specialist

Job Description:


GitLab is looking for a part-time Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Utrecht, NL. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer success or related role. The successful candidate will be energetic and independent, with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.


Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support - Onboard new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and understanding of our product - Proactively reach out to customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns - Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure customer needs are met - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services - Gather feedback from customers to continuously improve our product and service offerings


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - 4+ years of experience in customer success or a similar role - Energetic and independent personality with strong communication skills - Proven track record of problem-solving and critical thinking - Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
