Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Support Assistant to join our team at Jacobs Douwe Egberts in Eindhoven, NL. This part-time position is perfect for an entry-level candidate with at least 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field.

As a Customer Support Assistant, your responsibilities will include:

- Providing timely and professional assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat - Resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Assisting with product inquiries and order processing - Providing feedback to the team to continuously improve customer support processes
