Customer Support Assistant - Work from home

Voiceworks is seeking a motivated Customer Support Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an entry-level role, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Providing exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, and online chat - Resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Assisting customers with product information, troubleshooting, and technical support - Maintaining accurate records of interactions and transactions with customers - Collaborating with other team members to improve customer service processes and procedures

Requirements: - Hardworking and resourceful individual with a strong desire to help others - Ability to adapt to different situations and quickly learn new skills - Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to work well in a team environment - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in using customer support software and tools
