Customer Support Associate - Work from home

We are looking for a motivated and resourceful Customer Support Associate to join our team at Catawiki. This is a part-time work from home position based in Rotterdam, NL, suitable for entry-level candidates with at least 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, resolving inquiries and issues promptly, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via email, chat, or phone - Providing information about products, services, and company policies - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborating with other team members to improve customer support processes - Conducting research to provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries
