Job Description - Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


Hilton Eindhoven is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in customer support management.


Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the customer support team, providing leadership and guidance to ensure exceptional customer service - Develop and implement customer support policies and procedures to improve customer satisfaction - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Monitor customer support metrics and KPIs, providing reports and analysis to senior management - Train and mentor customer support staff to ensure they are equipped to handle customer inquiries effectively - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support


Requirements: - 5 years of experience in customer support management - Energetic and adaptable personality traits - Strong cooperation and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities - Proficiency in customer support software and systems
