Job Description - Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


ASML Holding is seeking a dedicated and energetic Customer Support Manager to join our team in Eindhoven, NL. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer support, you will play a key role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our customers.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer support representatives, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure the team meets or exceeds customer expectations. - Develop and implement customer support strategies and processes to improve customer satisfaction and retention. - Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. - Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and product development, to address customer needs and concerns. - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and training to support team members. - Oversee the development of training materials and resources for customer support staff.


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Business Administration, Customer Service) or equivalent experience. - 8+ years of experience in customer support, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers. - Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. - Proven track record of achieving customer satisfaction and retention goals. - Experience with CRM software and other customer support tools.
