Job Description - Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


DUS Architects, a well-known architectural firm based in Amsterdam, NL, is seeking a part-time Customer Support Manager to join our team at a mid-to-senior level. The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in a customer support or client facing role.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead a team of customer support representatives 2. Develop and implement customer support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention 3. Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner 4. Monitor customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience 6. Train and onboard new customer support team members 7. Analyze data and create reports on customer support performance 8. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients


Requirements: 1. Energetic and independent personality traits 2. Strong teamwork and project management skills 3. Ability to lead and motivate a team 4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills 5. Experience working in a fast-paced environment 6. Knowledge of CRM software and customer support best practices 7. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field
