Job Description - Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


We are seeking a part-time Customer Support Manager to join our team at Philips in Rotterdam, NL. As a Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of customer support representatives and ensuring the highest level of customer service is provided to our clients. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer support role.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer support representatives, providing guidance and leadership. 2. Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues, ensuring resolution in a timely and satisfactory manner. 3. Develop and implement customer support policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. 4. Work closely with other departments to address customer concerns and provide feedback on product issues. 5. Monitor and analyze customer support metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. 6. Train and onboard new customer support team members. 7. Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer support experience.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer support role. 2. Adaptability and resourcefulness. 3. Strong research and time management skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. 6. Experience managing a team is a plus. 7. Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
