Job Description:
Booking.com is seeking a dedicated and energetic Customer Support Manager to work remotely from home in Eindhoven, NL. This part-time position is ideal for a candidate with a mid-to-senior level of experience in customer support, with at least 6 years of experience.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer support representatives to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer inquiries and concerns. 2. Develop and implement customer support strategies and processes to improve overall customer satisfaction. 3. Monitor and analyze customer support metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate solutions. 4. Train and mentor customer support team members to enhance their skills and performance. 5. Collaborate with other departments, such as Marketing and Product Development, to provide feedback and input on customer needs and preferences. 6. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements: 1. At least 6 years of experience in a customer support role, with a focus on team management. 2. Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively lead and support a team of customer support representatives. 3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address complex customer issues. 4. Knowledge of customer support best practices and strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. 5. Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining a high level of productivity. 6. Experience working with remote teams is preferred.
