Remote Customer Support Officer

Job Description:

Royal Dutch Shell is seeking a Remote Customer Support Officer to join our team in Eindhoven, NL. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field. As a Remote Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer issues and complaints by investigating the root cause and providing appropriate solutions. 3. Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Conduct research to identify customer needs and preferences. 6. Assist with special projects as needed to improve customer support processes.
