Job Description - Customer Support Representative

Job Description:


KLM Royal Dutch Airlines is looking for a part-time Customer Support Representative to join our team in Amsterdam, NL. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making it the perfect opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in the airline industry.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to passengers through various channels including phone, email, and social media. 2. Assist customers with booking flights, making changes to existing reservations, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have. 3. Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as needed to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers.


Requirements: 1. Driven and independent personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 2. Strong cooperation and negotiation skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks based on customer needs. 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 5. Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus, particularly Dutch and English.
