Customer Support Representative

Job Description:

NXP Semiconductors is seeking a part-time Customer Support Representative to join our team in Rotterdam, NL. As an Associate Level professional with at least 3 years of experience in customer support, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of responsibility and resourcefulness, along with excellent attention to detail and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide technical support to customers on NXP Semiconductors products - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively and efficiently - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the customer experience - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer support - Reliable and resourceful personality traits - Strong attention to detail and negotiation skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
