Remote Customer Support Representative

Job Description:

Eneco Group is seeking a part-time Remote Customer Support Representative to join our team in Rotterdam, NL. As an Associate-level position, this role requires at least 2 years of experience in customer support. The ideal candidate will be resourceful, motivated, adaptable, and cooperative.

Responsibilities: - Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, and chat channels - Address customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement - Meet or exceed performance metrics set by the company - Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures - Participate in training and development opportunities provided by the company

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support - Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
