Customer Support Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a part-time Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Catawiki in Utrecht, NL. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience in a customer support or service role.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via email, phone, and chat - Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience - Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to team goals

Requirements: - Resourceful and confident with strong problem-solving skills - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment - Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service - Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and software
