Customer Support Specialist

As a Customer Support Specialist at HEMA, based in Den Haag, NL, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This part-time role at the Associate Level requires at least 3 years of experience in customer support roles.

Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies - Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively - Maintain detailed records of interactions with customers - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies - Assist in training new customer support team members

Requirements: - Confident and energetic personality - Strong cooperation and attention to detail skills - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work well under pressure - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software - Previous experience in a customer support role - Fluency in both Dutch and English
