Job Description:
KLM Royal Dutch Airlines is seeking a part-time Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Utrecht, NL. As an Associate-level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer support roles. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, resolving inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and accurate manner. 2. Provide technical support for booking flights, managing reservations, and handling payment transactions. 3. Assist customers with general inquiries about our services, policies, and promotions. 4. Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or issues, escalating as needed to management. 5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Identify trends in customer feedback and provide suggestions for process improvements. 8. Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering high-quality customer service.
Requirements: 1. Resourceful and reliable individual with excellent problem-solving skills. 2. Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a high level of empathy and understanding. 4. Previous experience in a customer support role, preferably in the airline industry. 5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
