Job Description - Customer Support Specialist

As a Customer Support Specialist at Mollie, located in Utrecht, NL, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our customers. This part-time position is perfect for an entry-level professional with at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with any issues or questions they may have regarding our products and services. 3. Provide technical support to customers experiencing difficulties with our platform. 4. Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Identify and escalate any complex issues to the appropriate team member.


Requirements: 1. Energetic and driven personality with a passion for helping others. 2. Strong teamwork and leadership skills. 3. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Fluency in English and Dutch.
