Remote Live Chat Assistant

Scotch & Soda is seeking a talented Remote Live Chat Assistant to join our global team in Den Haag, NL. As a part-time Associate Level position with a minimum of 2 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support through our online live chat platform.

Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in real-time through our live chat system to answer queries, provide product information, and assist with purchases. 2. Act as a brand ambassador by maintaining a positive and professional demeanor, reflecting the values of Scotch & Soda in all interactions. 3. Proactively identify and address customer issues to ensure a seamless shopping experience and drive customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex inquiries or unresolved issues to the appropriate departments for resolution. 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate and timely information to customers. 6. Monitor chat trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements: 1. Resourceful and adaptable personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic remote work environment. 2. Excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers and represent the brand professionally. 3. High emotional intelligence to empathize with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized assistance. 4. Previous experience in customer service or a similar role, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment. 5. Strong written communication skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to meet performance goals and customer expectations.
