Live Chat Officer

Job Description:

Scotch & Soda, an international fashion retailer headquartered in Amsterdam, is seeking a dedicated and motivated Live Chat Officer to join our team in Utrecht, NL on a part-time basis at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or online chat support role.

Responsibilities: 1. Interact with customers in real-time through live chat to provide assistance with product inquiries, orders, and general customer service inquiries. 2. Resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. 3. Maintain a professional and courteous tone in all customer interactions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels. 5. Assist in monitoring and responding to customer reviews and feedback online. 6. Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the customer experience. 7. Utilize strategic planning and attention to detail to identify trends and patterns in customer inquiries.

Requirements: 1. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Strong customer service skills with a passion for helping others. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficiency in typing and navigating online chat software. 5. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer skills.
