Live Chat Officer

As a Live Chat Officer at TomTom, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat interactions. Your primary role will be to engage with customers in real-time, addressing their inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and offering solutions to ensure a positive experience with our products and services.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and providing accurate information through live chat. 2. Troubleshooting technical issues and resolving customer complaints in a timely manner. 3. Collaborating with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer support. 4. Identifying opportunities for improvement in customer service processes and procedures. 5. Documenting customer interactions and feedback to help improve overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a chat support role. 2. Confident and driven personality with a customer-focused mindset. 3. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. 4. Proficiency in multitasking and solving problems efficiently. 5. Strategic planning skills and the ability to adapt to changing situations. 6. Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
